How to Print Your Calendar

Pick the full year on one page for a wall or fridge planner, one month per page for appointments and notes, or the 12-month booklet for a cover page plus every month. Letter is the US standard; choose A4 almost everywhere else. Print at 100% or “actual size” so the margins stay even.

Weeks can start on any day: Sunday is usual in the United States, Monday in most of Europe. Turn on ISO week numbers if you plan by the week, and add a notes area for lists. The calendar language can differ from this site, so you can print a Spanish or German calendar from here too.

Can I start the week on Monday?

Yes. Pick any day under “Week starts on”. The default follows the calendar language: Sunday for English, Spanish, Portuguese and Hindi, Monday for German.

Can I add week numbers?

Yes. Tick “Show week numbers” to add ISO 8601 week numbers next to each week. They are on by default for German calendars.

Do I need an account to download?

No. There is no sign-up and no email address needed. The PDF and PNG are created in your browser and saved straight to your device; your calendar is never uploaded.
